Show jumping, or show jumping competition (CSO), is one of the three Olympic equestrian disciplines. It is the most practiced by riders in Tunisia and benefits from a significant number of national and international equestrian events in the sports calendar.

The show jumping competition is a sporting event that takes place over one or more days and brings together riders and horses of different skill levels to excel on a designated course with obstacles of varying designs, heights, widths, and sometimes rivers to jump over.

The show jumping competition consists of a number of events defined based on the rider's skill, the size of the horse, and sometimes to promote a particular breed of horses.

Show jumping is a sport that brings together riders of different genders and ages on the same competition field.

The rules of the game require the rider and their mount to successfully jump all obstacles in a predetermined order and time without knocking down or displacing the rails.
