The BF meeting focused on the following points:

  1. Evaluation of the Meeting with Clubs

The BF congratulated itself on holding this meeting and appreciated the proposals put forward by the clubs, which reflect their concerns regarding the sustainability and development of equestrian sports.

Reflection is needed on all proposals, many of which are already integral to the BF's program. Others need further development for potential integration into the program, considering their urgency.

The BF has decided to organize visits to clubs, especially those in the interior regions, to better listen to them and assess their difficulties.

Mr. Noureddine Baroudi will be responsible for centralizing and following up on these proposals.

The terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria for the elections of club representatives, riders, and parents are currently being prepared.

  1. Composition of Committees

The BF regrets the lack of effective responsiveness from clubs/riders etc. in response to the call for volunteers to contribute to committee work.

... Asking the BF to do something is a legitimate right, and it's good... Contributing is a duty, and it's even better...

The BF renews its call for constructive volunteers for increased efficiency.

  1. Endurance Competition in Sfax on January 5, 2014

The committee responsible for organizing this event discussed technical and organizational difficulties. The committee is doing its best to address potential challenges and issues an SOS for volunteers, particularly from the Sfax region.

  1. Douz Festival

The BF considered the Festival's request for support from the FTSE to organize a regional endurance race and provisionally agreed, subject to complying with certain administrative, technical, and safety rules and procedures.

  1. Resignation of the National Endurance Coach

The national endurance coach has submitted his resignation to the federal bureau. This request will be studied for a prompt response.

  1. Other Points

The BF has decided to invite Mr. Alexandre Gros for a technical mission within the FTSE. This mission will address, among other points, defining the roles of various technical positions within the federation.
