Penal Code stipulates: 'Anyone who violates prohibitions and prophylactic or control measures ordered during an epidemic shall be punished with six months' imprisonment and a fine of one hundred and twenty dinars.'
- Any person violating confinement measures and appearing at the competition will be immediately reported to the police and will incur the risks under Article 312 of the Penal Code.
- All riders and club officials to which a participating rider belongs, who are found to be under mandatory confinement, will be suspended and excluded from the competition site."
